How we pack
The box is part of the set
For a collector, a dented corner is a real loss. Marketplaces often ship sets in mailer bags. We do it differently.

New, seals intact, box without dents.
- A carton, not a mailer bag
The set goes into a new carton with padding so it does not move in transit. We seal it with paper tape.
- We ship and let you know
On the day of dispatch you get a tracking number by email.
If the box still arrives damaged, send us a photo. We will handle the complaint.
Original or your money back
We only sell original LEGO® sets in factory sealed boxes. If the set doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it, no reason needed. A missing piece or damage in transit? Write to us and we will handle the claim.
