Shipping policy

1. Dispatch time

We give the exact dispatch time for each product and count it from the moment payment is received. Products from our warehouse near Warsaw are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days. Products we order from our suppliers are dispatched in 1 to 4 or 6 to 8 business days, depending on the product. If an order contains products with different dispatch times, we send everything once it is all ready.

2. Delivery methods and costs in Poland

InPost Paczkomat 24/7 parcel locker: 14,99 zł. You choose the locker when placing your order.
DPD courier: 17,99 zł
Free delivery from 499 zł order value

Within Poland, the courier usually delivers on the next business day after dispatch.

3. Same-day delivery in Warsaw and the surrounding area

We can deliver products from our warehouse on the same day. On the product page, click “Ask about delivery today” and fill in the form with your address. We will reply with the delivery price and time. The form is an enquiry, not an order.
