How to return a product
You have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
- Email us at fokus@fokusbrick.pl to say that you are withdrawing from the contract. Include your order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
- Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us, to this address:

05-270 Marki - We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notification, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back.
We refund the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer. You pay the cost of sending the product back to us. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the product if you handled it in a way that goes beyond checking its nature, features and functioning.
If a product is faulty or does not match the contract, that is not a return but a complaint. Write to us and we will cover the shipping costs.
