§ 3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
- Product information in the shop is an invitation to conclude a contract.
- To place an order, add products to the cart, enter your delivery details, choose a delivery and payment method, and then confirm the order with the button indicating an obligation to pay.
- The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order.
- You can buy without creating an account. A customer account is optional and can be deleted at any time by writing to the Seller.
- The “Ask about delivery today” form is only used to quote a delivery and is not an order.
§ 4. Prices and payments
- Prices are given in Polish złoty and are gross prices, including taxes. The delivery cost is shown before you confirm the order.
- The available payment methods are shown at checkout when placing the order.
- When a price is reduced, we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.

- The dispatch time is shown for each product and counts from the moment payment is received. Delivery methods, costs and times are described in the Shipping policy.
- If the parcel is damaged on delivery, please write a damage report with the courier, or report it to us with a photo. This does not affect your rights under a complaint.

- The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days. No response within this time means the complaint is accepted.
- If a complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the shipping costs.
§ 8. Business customers
- A sole trader who buys for purposes not related to their professional activity (as shown by their CEIDG entry) is protected in the same way as consumers with regard to unfair terms, conformity of the product with the contract and the right of withdrawal.
- For other business customers, the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty is excluded, and the benefits and risks related to the product pass to the buyer when it is handed over to the carrier.
§ 9. Personal data
The Seller is the controller of personal data. We process data to fulfil orders, handle enquiries and complaints, and meet legal obligations. The details, including your rights, are described in the Privacy policy.
§ 10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers can get help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or from the provincial Trade Inspection office. Information about these options is available at uokik.gov.pl.
§ 11. Final provisions
- Contracts are concluded in Polish and are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they habitually reside.
- The Seller may change these Terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law. Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in their previous wording.
- These Terms apply from 28 September 2026.
